Return & Refund Policy

FABRIC is committed to ensuring the quality and accuracy of your order. If your shipment arrives with damaged or defective products, or if your order is incomplete, please review the guidelines below and contact us within 7 days of delivery at gday@drinkfabric.com to request a resolution.

Damaged Products

If your order includes cans that are leaking or punctured, FABRIC will, at its discretion:

  • Issue a replacement shipment if 3 or more cans are damaged

  • Issue a store credit equal to the value of the damaged cans if fewer than 3 are affected

Please note:

  • Photo evidence of damaged products and packaging may be required

  • FABRIC is unable to ship replacement cans individually for minor damage (under 3 cans)

Dented cans that are not leaking or punctured are considered safe to consume and are not eligible for replacement, refund, or credit.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives incomplete or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will verify the issue and either send a replacement or issue a credit/refund as appropriate.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If your tracking information shows that your package has been marked “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Please allow 24 hours from the time of the delivery scan, as the carrier may have marked it prematurely.

  • If the package still has not arrived after 24 hours, contact us. We will investigate and either reship or refund your order if the package is determined to be lost.

FABRIC is not responsible for packages returned to sender due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. In such cases, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our beverage products, FABRIC does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or is otherwise defective.
