These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Fabric Mosaic PBC (“FABRIC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of www.drinkfabric.com and any related sites, services, features, content, or products provided by FABRIC (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”).

By accessing or using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced herein or presented during your use of the Services. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Site.

1. Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be 21 years or older to access or use our Site and purchase our products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into contracts. FABRIC uses a third-party age verification service to confirm eligibility and may request additional proof at its discretion.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Consult a licensed healthcare provider before using FABRIC products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a known medical condition. Our products are not approved by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use at your own risk. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.

4. Drug Testing Notice

Some FABRIC products may contain trace amounts of hemp-derived cannabinoids, including Delta-9 THC. Use of these products could result in a positive drug test. FABRIC makes no guarantees about passing drug screenings and disclaims liability for any consequences related to test results or employment-related actions.

5. Orders, Payment & Account Information

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice. All charges, taxes, and shipping fees will be itemized at checkout.

We may limit quantities, cancel orders, or restrict sales to specific individuals, regions, or jurisdictions at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Returns

Please refer to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for full details. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery of goods to the carrier. All delivery dates are estimates only. FABRIC is not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

You agree not to:

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Denver, Colorado, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

16. Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other linked policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and FABRIC.
