Shipping Policy

FABRIC processes and fulfills orders as quickly as possible. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours of payment confirmation. Processing occurs during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST), excluding federal holidays. Orders placed during sales, holidays, or promotional periods may require additional processing time.


Shipping Methods & Charges

Shipping options and associated costs will be presented during checkout. Total shipping charges are calculated based on your selected service, destination, and order contents. All shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We currently ship only within the United States.

Expedited shipping methods (e.g., Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, Overnight) may be available depending on your location.


Title, Risk of Loss & Delivery

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. FABRIC is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes a tracking number (when available). Depending on the items in your order, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and shipments.

Tracking information may take up to 3 business days to become active.


Order Status & Notifications

FABRIC communicates all order updates via email. You may receive the following messages:

  • Order Confirmation: Sent upon successful checkout with order summary and confirmation number.

  • Shipment Confirmation: Sent once items have shipped; includes tracking information.

  • Order Issue Notification: Sent if we encounter a problem processing your order (e.g., invalid address, payment issue, duplicate submission, etc.).

If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder or contact us.


Checking Your Order Status

You can check the status of your order in the following ways:

  1. Email: You’ll receive automatic updates based on your order status.

  2. Your Account: If you created an account at checkout, log in at drinkfabric.com to view your order history and tracking details.

  3. Contact Us: For additional support, email gday@drinkfabric.com and include your order number.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, FABRIC reserves the right to withhold a refund and/or charge for reshipment.
